EAST LONDON MINI MARATHON!
Take part in East London’s race for young athletes! Why not go for gold and try for a place in your Borough’s team for the Virgin Money Giving Mini London Marathon? This event is held on the morning of The Virgin Money Giving Mini London Marathon on 13th April 2014 and covers the last 3 miles of the course.
Six races are run and the 33 London Boroughs enter teams of up to 8 for each race. Medals, T-shirts and space blankets are presented to everyone who finishes the race and T.V. presentation of the main race normally includes the Virgin Money Giving Mini London Marathon.
RACE PROGRAMME
There will be 6 races on the day- each over approximately 3miles/5km in distance.
- 10.00 – Boys U13’s – Must be born between 01/09/00 & 13/04/03
(aged 11+ on 13.04.14)
- 10.30 – Girls U13’s – Must be born between 01/09/00 & 13/04/03
(aged 11+ on 13.04.14)
- 11.00 – Boys U15’s – Must be born between 01/09/98 & 31/08/00
- 11.30 – Girls U15’s – Must be born between 01/09/98 & 31/08/00
- 12.00 – Boys U17’s – Must be born between 14/04/96 & 31/08/98
- 12.30 – Girls U17’s – Must be born between 14/04/96 & 31/08/98
