As the nights get a little bit longer, the days feel a little bit colder and the leaves start to fall from the trees, it’s time to say a warm goodbye to the sunny summer, and a chilly hello to autumn. The change to a cooler season is not all bad though! Autumn is undoubtedly one of the most beautiful seasons of the year as it artisitcally paints our landscapes with beautiful rusty colours whilst sending out little whispers of Christmas.
Embrace the change, grab a coat and scarf and bring your toddlers down for a fun autumn inspired craft session with Explore, Make and Do at Valentines Mansion, Cranbrook Road, Ilford, Essex. Collect leaves from the park to make collages and experiment with colour by making your own coloured spectacles! There are lots of autumnal activities, stories, play and dressing up too.
This event is suitable for children aged 2-5 years, with one responsible adult per child. Admittance costs £3 per child and the creativity will take place on Tuesday 22 October, between 11am-12.30 pm.
